2021 comes to an end, and as usual, in our blog specialized in marble, we say goodbye to the year with a summary of the contents published by our specialists during the last 12 months.

We dedicate the first block of the summary to the architects and designers we have interviewed this year.[

We had the pleasure to chat with Jorge Rincón, founder of JRW Arquitectura, a renowned specialist in creating luxury contemporary design houses in Marbella and Norway.

We also enjoyed the presence of Pedro Ayora and Ana Salinero, co-founders of INHABIT, an outstanding studio in Marbella with international projection.

Another essential block of the 2021 summary is dedicated to the bathrooms, one of the spaces in the house where marble plays a predominant role.

With Beige marble bathrooms in contemporary style, we have seen how marble is an excellent material for providing that warm touch, characteristic for designs with refined lines.

In the article entitled Crystalline white marble shower, we addressed the aesthetic possibilities of beautiful marbles such as Iceberg White applied in large format in shower spaces.

Another topic we discussed this year are marble niches for the bathroom: elements that combine design, functionality and modernity in equal parts.

Additionally, we highlighted the possibilities of Pacífic Grey marble for bathrooms as seen in one of our projects in Marbella.

In another post, we saw how to protect a bathroom with marble or other natural stone surfaces: the key is in prevention.

To finish the large section dedicated to bathrooms, we also wrote about the luminosity and sharpness that Blanco Nebula marble confers to the lavatory.

Textures are very often present in our work. For this reason, this year, we wanted to dedicate an article to the Bamboo texture of ribbed marble, capable of enhancing the natural beauty of the stone.

Finally, JMR Arquitectos studio designed a beautiful oak desk with a large piece of Black Mirage marble inlay that deserved a space in our blog specialized in marble.

It has been a pleasure to share insights about marble one more year with clients, collaborators and enthusiasts, and we will be back with strength and enthusiasm with our blog articles during the upcoming 2022! We are waiting for you!
