Travertine Bianco

Travertine Bianco

Travertine Bianco is a cream travertine with subtle beige streaks of random thickness and intensity, natural stone. Its formation is due to the precipitation of calcium carbonate dissolved in groundwater on a plant bed, hence its original surface full of holes and impressions. Its main mineral is calcite.

Travertine is a stone that evokes classical culture like no other. Its use reached its peak in ancient Rome when a taste for more robust and rustic architecture and polished textures became widespread.

In the period from Emperor Nero to Tiberius, this type of stone was used in large buildings. Today, architects and interior designers around the world are reinterpreting it for use in great hotel projects,  and luxury villas.

Travertine Bianco is ideal for interior design and use in bathrooms, kitchens, worktops, showers, etc. and also for exterior applications such as facades.

TINO Collection standard surface finishes are: Polished, Honed, Domus and Sandblasted. TINO offers cream Travertine Bianco in any formats and finishes desired by the customer. Check maximum size per finish. For other finishes, please check availability and sizes.
