The house has a generous size, offering 3.110 m² and a plot of 13.845 m². Elegant and versatile stones such as Premium Beige marble reign in interiors and exteriors, dressing floors and coverings with unique and special pieces for this villa, alternating the finishes Polished and Zero smooth.

One of the bathrooms includes a sculptural bathtub also made of Premium Beige marble. It is a solid piece with refined lines.[

In the same bathroom, an extraordinary backlit White Onyx wall dominates the shower area.

Two natural stone elements that acquire a great prominence are the highlighted walls of backlit White Onyx that preside the room.

They work as decorative pieces of large format. With daylight, they offer an unparalleled visual impact thanks to their monumentality and White Onyx’s unique beauty. At nightfall, they become spectacular lighting elements of large dimensions.
