Six luxury hotels with marble wall cladding
TINO has worked in many hotels with marble wall cladding, many of these spaces also include marble flooring.
Marble wall cladding is not only an ancient technique. Nowadays it is a modern style that you can find in fresh hotels that aspire to a clean and crisp look.
The colors of marble wall cladding
We usually see the different types of white marble and cream marble in the hospitality sector. However, more and more other styles of marble such as black marble, yellow marble or green marble gain ground to the hegemonics white and cream.
In fact, it is because of the versatility of this natural stone that architects and interior designers choose the design of hotels with marble wall cladding.
When they look for freshness and luminosity they use whites. If they choose more provocative designs they use black or very dark brown. And for warm environments, they use creams and yellows.
Six luxury hotels with marble wall cladding
We have been involved in a multitude of hotel projects with this noble material. Let’s have a look at six examples:
BVLGARY Hotel, London
TINO has participated with Marquina Black, Grey Osiris and Green Onyx in the bathrooms, Spa, and massage room. In this case, we can see one of the bathrooms with the walls in black marble (Marquina Black). The black color and the white streaks give an exclusive look to the conjunct.
Barceló Sancti Petri Hotel, Cádiz
This hotel, now called Royal Hideaway Sancti Petri, has the largest Spa installations in Andalusia. It was also awarded for two consecutive years as Best Spa Resort in Spain by the World Travel Awards.
TINO participated in the entrance, Spa, restaurant, and bathrooms. As you can see, our white marble, White Macael, keeps the space minimal and clean, perfect for lovers of contemporary design.
Meliá Don Pepe, Marbella
TINO participated in interiors, terraces, rooms, and bathrooms. Our Guatemala Green marble meets the tone of the jungle and the intensity of the deep ocean.
Mandarin Oriental, Miami
Once more, the yellow marble, our Yellow Triana, was chosen by the Asian public. In this case for the lining of all the bathrooms of the hotel.

Ritz Carlton, Dubai
For this project, we used three similar but different types of cream marble together: Cream Pacific, Cream Parador, and Cream Bianco.
The area of the shower wall and the marble bathtub give a classic and timeless look.
Villa Padierna Palace, Marbella
For this project, we used several of our emblematic materials and innovative finishes. The most prevalent in the whole complex is the marble Travertine Classic, with the finishes Antico, Domus, Quadro, Forum, Honed and Polished, followed by the Bianco Perlino with finishes Domus, Antico, Quadro, Forum and, the most characteristic, Cotton, which can only be applied made on this particular material. We have also employed marble White Macael, Yellow Triana, Travertine Gold Oro and Black Marquina, all with the above finishes, too.
At TINO, we are grateful and proud having had the chance to be heavily involved in the interior design with marble wall cladding of these great hotels.
